IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT COVID-19 (Coronavirus)
During this period of social distancing, we recommend all consultations that don’t need to be face-to-face be booked as telephone consultations as we are committed to preventing the spread of infection and keeping all of our patients and everyone at the practice safe. This is particularly so during this COVID-19 Coronavirus outbreak and we’d like to inform you that we are adhering to additional infection control measures.
You can book telephone consultations (TELEHEALTH PHONE CONSULTS) and surgery consultations by calling the practice or via our Book Appointment buttons on this website. You can also request repeat scripts and referrals online.
Please, do not come into the surgery if you…
- have recently returned from overseas travel or been in contact with anyone who has
- have had close contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 or who is being tested for COVID-19
- have any of the following – Fever, Shortness of breath, Dry cough, Sore throat, Body aches (with fever).
Instead, please contact our practice and one of our doctors or nurses will have a phone consultation with you.
All people are now advised to observe social distancing. If you have recently travelled or have been in close contact with someone who has confirmed COVID-19 or has symptoms that may be COVID-19, then you must self-isolate for 14 days and if you develop symptoms, you must seek medical attention.
